For Clients

Distribution planned market by market, placed directly, and reported honestly.

Rainbow Trent plans and places campaigns with African publishers and editors through direct relationships, market by market. Every placement is pursued and reported on the basis of what can be verified — not what is promised.

Market-specific distribution

Campaigns are built around the markets you actually need to reach. We work with you to identify relevant African countries and publication types for your story, then pursue placement through publishers and editors with whom we have a direct relationship. Availability in any given market is always subject to publisher verification and campaign scope, and we will tell you plainly where coverage is not realistic rather than overpromise.

Direct publisher placements

Where we place a story, it is published on the publisher’s own domain through a confirmed direct relationship — not through an RSS feed, a third-party aggregator, or an automated mirror. We verify and report the live URL for every confirmed placement.

Editorial pitching

Alongside direct placement, we pitch your story to newsrooms as a genuine editorial opportunity. Independent editorial coverage cannot be purchased or guaranteed by us or anyone else, and we report it separately and honestly from paid or arranged placements.

Campaign planning

We work with you on timing, target markets, publisher selection and messaging before outreach begins, so the campaign is built around realistic, verifiable outcomes from the outset.

Reporting deliverables

At the close of a campaign, you receive a report that separates results into four clear categories, with live-link verification for every entry:

  • Direct Publisher Placement — published on the publisher’s own domain through a confirmed direct relationship
  • Earned Editorial Coverage — independent newsroom coverage that cannot be purchased or guaranteed
  • Syndicated or Feed Pickup — automated reproduction, reported separately
  • Unverified or Broken URL — a link that cannot be validated and is not counted as verified coverage

We do not report traffic estimates, reach figures, article permanence or search-indexing guarantees we cannot verify.
